BEŁKO

Near the previous  trade route, which has been linking in recent years Silesia with Slovakia, on a cliff between Bystřice and Jablunkov was situated many years ago a solid fortress named “Bełko”. This fortification took its name after  its master. As a time went by  , a rapacious  bandit Belko started to have a dreadful nightmares , which had started to haunt him . According to the legend, he jumped from the rock which was sitated above his seat.Nowadays , on the opposite side of river  you can find  an outdoor cafeteria and  a pond where he ended his sinful life is a a tourist attraction for many people . Do not forget to také your swimsuit  so you can cool down during summer  in this historical and mysterious place.

In the summer there take place many events such as Slavností Bełka .
